At ShapeSilk™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: shapewear, bodysuits, underwear, or any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas. Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are available when stock permits. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will provide a replacement at no cost.
